Cancellation of the booking by the client - Any payments which have been made will not be refunded. All deposits are non-refundable. As a gesture of goodwill, the appointment may be moved to another date up to 48 hours before, and this must be done by yourself via the link in the confirmation email you will have received when booking the appointment. After 48 hours the appointment can no longer be moved. When booking online, you will have ticked the box which explains this before taking your payment. Please note that after this time the chances of the cancelled slots being filled are highly unlikely.
Wedding cancellation - If a full cancellation is made within 28 days of the wedding date, 30% of the total balance will still be required. If a cancellation is made within 7 days of the wedding date, the full remaining balance will be required. Cancellation of the booking by myself - This will result in a refund of 100% of costs already paid by the client. In the unlikely event that I am unable to make your wedding appointment due to emergency, I will try to find you an alternative makeup artist.
To secure your wedding date in advance a non-refundable deposit of £55 is required to confirm the date with myself. This covers the time I have taken to create a bridal file, calculate costs and timings, and covers the possibility of a cancellation and therefore loss of earnings for that day. This deposit is deducted from your total cost.
The total wedding day fee is required at least 10 days before your wedding day.
